The other week we got together with The Hilton Bornemouth, Southcoast Roast and Flux framing for a one weekend only pop-up art show in my hometown.

What an amazing experience, I’ve not done a proper show of my paintings in my hometown since I was a teenager (nearly 16 years!) so to say it was long overdue is an understatement. I made a some new work (sculptures, works on paper and a film) and got hold of some classics for what turned out to be a really special weekend.

A percentage of all the sales went to the wonderful Dorset Community Foundation, that do really vital work in our community. I’m very proud to be one of their ambassadors so it was nice to raise a bit of cash and some awareness for their work too.

Thanks to everyone that came down, you made it amazing! You know who you are… Bournemouth, I LOVE YOU x

Here are some pics…

Ooooh PS – slightly shameless but never mind. I made some prints to go with the show and we’ve got a couple left if you fancy one you’ll find it on my webstore by CLICKING HERE 😉
